Los Angeles, CA 90013, USA (“Inboostr”) wishes to engage you, a Merchant, Business Partner, or Affiliate Partner, as defined below (“Participant”, “You”, or “Your”) to provide Your services to Inboostr in accordance with these terms and conditions (this “Agreement”). Inboostr and Participant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”

I understand that by engaging in any paid services, I have read and accepted the terms & conditions stated on this page. The following terms and conditions are applicable for clients that have received an invoice or made payment from Inboostr.

2. Service Plans

We offer prepaid subscription plans of following terms.

3. No Trial Periods

We do not offer trial periods for our services. Subscriptions begin immediately upon payment.

4. Automatic Renewals

All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless canceled. Your subscription will be renewed at the same plan and rate unless you choose to cancel or change your plan.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly Plans: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month.

Quarterly and Yearly Plans: If you cancel before the end of your billing period, the remaining balance will be prorated. Your refund will be adjusted to the next best available plan rate. If no better plan rate applies, the remaining balance will be refunded at the monthly service rate.

To cancel your subscription, please email your cancellation request to Billing@inboostr.com. Include your account details and the reason for cancellation.

7. Changes to Terms

Temisin LLC (Inboostr) reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email.
