Los Angeles, CA 90013, USA (“Inboostr”)(“Service Provider”) wishes to engage you, a Merchant, Business Partner, or Affiliate Partner, as defined below (“Participant”, “You”, or “Your”), and paid Clients (“Client”) to utilize Inboostr services in accordance with these terms and conditions (this “Agreement”). Inboostr and Participant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
