Little Tikes was a new seller on Amazon Europe. Before taking over the account, they had launched 5 products tailored towards kids with barely any sales. They were faced with poor listing quality and lower product visibility, with no direct on-site launch or ad strategy in place. After indepth competitor and market research, we had to undergo product re-positioning, listing rebuilding with core keywords, store deign and optimization, and a PPC and Promotion strategy rollout to refresh and rebuild from scratch. We focused core efforts on listing optimization for greater visibility, keyword placements, CTR, and Top line sales. We later developed a core PPC strategy that blew up their sales targets while maintaining a very reasonable ROAS that enables continued sales growth month on month.
