Baby Dreamers was a manufacture of baby products for the European marketplace, selling 33 parent products with a ton of additional child variations in style and colors. It was a diverse yet challenging account .
The 1st problem was the number of child variations that were increasing costs without additional increases in sales or profit.
2nd they were facing a lack of PPC Strategy to increase sales on their top selling products. We were tasked with focusing on optimization overall conversions, which was aimed to reduce ACOS by executing a planned PPC strategies rollout across a 4 month phase, dependent on a set of data driven core optimization actions across keyword, listing, and Amazon Ads to balance between increasing advertising sales and maintaining profitability.
3rd our aim to was to build out more sales through organic search traffic, and with promotional strategies for sustainable and continued growth.
