Objectives

ZINC, with portfolio of 100+ SKUs, found it difficult to sell electronics in the highly competitive category. What we had to do was to find new opportunities for growth through correct and optimized product placement against competitor markets, comprehensive keyword research, and fully optimization of product detail page that reflected the changing consumer demand of the product categories. We further had to take aggressive actions on both PPC spend and PPC cost cutting, implement cost effective promotion strategies focused on increasing bottom line net profits for the client. New products under development were fully managed to ensure maximum opportunity gained for hot-selling products.
